Yoga builds your internal vitality so you can handle external stressors with grace. When your physical body and mind feel better, it’s just a lot easier to be happy. Breathwork, yoga postures, practicing gratitude, chanting, meditation and having positive relationships have all been proven to calm anxiety and relieve depression.
