The National Coal Mining Nuseum are having a Christmas weekend from 22nd to 24th November with Christmas market and food stalls, as well as music events and, if you still believe, a visit from the man in the red suit.

The event opens at 4pm on 22nd November.

There is a recommendation that people arrive early, as they will close the car park when it reaches full capacity.

I'll be arriving at 4pm, and will wait by the Puppet Show (not sure where that will be, but it shouldn't be difficult to find). If you arrive later, have a wander around and you're bound to see a friendly face.
