Starting from the car park at Heath this circular walk is approximately 5.5 miles. Walking across fields (crops, no cattle), through woodland and alongside a railway, most of the paths are good though can be muddy if the weather is wet. There are also short stretches of roadway.

From the car park at Heath (on the right hand side when driving towards The Kings Arms) we will walk to Warmfield Common, Goosehill Common and the village of Kirkthorpe, through St Peters Church grounds, alongside Half Moon Lake then through woodland and back to Heath where we can partake of a small beverage at the pub if we like!

Sturdy walking boots and weather appropriate clothing required.

Meet at 10.45 for an 11am start

Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
