Walk in Cohoes Neighborhoods

Come walk with America's Walking Club, walkescv.org in the City of Cohoes, over neighborhood streets and sidewalks, choosing either a 5k or 10k pre-designed route. Cohoes, in the northeast corner of Albany County, was known as Spindle City for it's role in the cotton spinning industry, contributing to the city's growth. The name Cohoes came from a Dutch adaptation of the Mohawk name, "Ga-ha-oose", meaning place of the falling canoe.
