## Yoga with puppies...

A relaxing yoga practice is taken up a notch with puppies nosing their way into your Savasana. But you won't mind...trust us. We provide the puppies but not the yoga mats. Please bring your own.
Most behaviourists believe that early socialization is extremely important for puppies and we're happy to provide that. We believe that playing with puppies is extremely important for people because it's ridiculously fun. You will leave smiling and continue smiling for a long time...like forever.

Savasana, Sanskrit for **corpse pose**, is the final resting pose of most yoga routines, meant to unwind the mind and body into deep relaxation. This state of rest allows our whole body to adjust to and integrate the benefits of the previous yoga poses.

Let's meet at the Royal Canadian Legion (243 Coxwell Avenue - near Coxwell & Gerrard) for 1:45 pm. The Puppy Love Yoga Studio is located in this building on the second floor. The one hour session begins at 2 pm.

I have purchased reservations for 6 persons. The cost for the one hour is $41 (including tax). If you are interested in attending, please e-transfer your payment to:

If more persons are interested, I might be able to purchase more spots. The capacity for the studio is approximately 25 persons.

I will need to have payments from 6 persons by Friday December 6. If not, I will need to cancel with a 2 week notice.

Afterwards, we can retire to some cozy, warm eatery to conclude the afternoon.

If you need a ride to the Meetup, try leaving a message on the Meetup message board. I've found there are many generous people in the group who I believe would be glad to be of assistance. If you need a ride after the Meetup, just ask around - nobody gets left behind!
