I am going to the second concert at 6:45. I do not wait in line and often have to sit on the picnic tables in the back. I can barely see the stage, but I can hear them.
The first concert is at 5:30 p.m. If you want to be upfront, I recommend getting in line at least 90 minutes beforehand. I will be at the 5:30 concert, but there are two more. Text me is you want to meet up.
