A beautiful walk around the countryside surrounding the village of West Down, enjoying beautiful far-reaching high-level views. Starting in the parking layby and walking through the village before taking footpaths to reach Fullabrook and Metcombe Down. Then descending to Beara Down and taking footpaths to walk alongside the river Caen before returning to the parking area through the village. Option to stay for coffee/ drinks/ food at the Crown Inn West Down at the end of the walk.
