Allow yourself to step away from the busy-ness of life with this peaceful guided meditation. This meditation is open to all people with an interest in using meditation for their personal wellness practices. Join like minded individuals in a safe, serene and supportive environment.
A blend of meditation techniques will be utilized and will have you feeling relaxed and peace filled.
Bring your own yoga mat and blanket if you’d like; however we have supplies available.
