Once again Capitol trail 16.6 mile total... 4 mile creek park to 7-11 and back

We will meet at 4-mile creek trailhead parking lot (across street from Exxon/Dairy Queen) and then make our way through the wooded area, out to Varina and proceed to 7-11 and back. The capital trail is fully paved with some ups and downs. Road and Hybrid bikes are recommended. Helmets are required and you should bring water. Rider assumes all risk for the ride.
