What to Expect:

1. Preparation (10 Minutes):

• Each participant should find a quiet, comfortable space where they won't be disturbed.
• Set up your devices for a group video call, ensuring good internet connectivity.
• Have blankets, pillows, and any favorite crystals or aromatherapy items nearby.

2. Group Introduction and Intention Setting (15 Minutes):

• We'll start with a group video call to introduce everyone and discuss any current concerns.
• Each participant will set a clear intention for the Reiki session, focusing on their specific needs.

3. Reiki Session (45 Minutes):

• Each person should lie down or sit comfortably, close their eyes, and relax.
• I will perform the Reiki session remotely, sending healing energy to each participant.
• You might feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of calm and relaxation as the energy flows.

4. Group Grounding and Reflection (20 Minutes):

• After the session, we'll reconnect via video call.
• Each participant can share their experiences, sensations, or insights from the session.
• I'll provide guidance on grounding techniques and self-care tips to integrate the healing energy.

Additional Notes:

• Ensure you have a stable internet connection for the video calls.
• Hydrate well before and after the session to facilitate the flow of energy.
• Feel free to share any thoughts or questions you have during the reflection time.
