Welcome to the Wednesday Table Tennis Antwerpen Meetup!✌️

This group is designed for everyone who have a passion for table tennis.
We play on Wednesdays after work between 19u30-21u00 in Sporthal Linkeroever.
The frequency of the events will depend on my personal agenda and the demand.

Venue: Blancefloerlaan 183, 2050 Antwerpen

Price per evening: 3 Euro (for 1,5 hours).
🡆 The fixed fee is independent of the number of participants
🡆 You pay the same fee whether you arrive late or leave earlier
🡆 The fee covers the costs of the venue and the small surplus that we make we'll be used to cover the costs in case of ''no show's'' + meetup membership (120 eur/ year)

Payment method:
🡆You can pay me by bankapp or cash but please come prepared with small change.

Important info:

Please do cancel in time if you can't make it to the event anymore so other people can join.
The event goes through if there are minimum 4 participants.
Try to bring your own bat, I can only borrow one from my own equipment if you tell me upfront.

Join us every Wednesday for a friendly table tennis session.
The venue is booked from 19u30 until 21u00 in Sporthal Linkeroever.
Only 4 tables available for now, some of us will play doubles as well.

💰Price: 3 Eur for 1,5 hours (independent of the nr. of participants)

You pay the same fee whether you arrive late or leave early.
Fee covers the venue rental and meetup membership costs

cash but please bring small change with you

❗Practical information:
◉ Please cancel on time so other people in the waiting list can join.
Kindly try to not cancel too often very last minute (emergencies can happen obviously) as it is a bit inconvenient when we are left with uneven number of participants.
If you can't change your status anymore in the attendees list, text me a direct message through the app. I check the meetup daily!
◉If you are on the waitinglist please check regularly the app to see if somebody canceled otherwise you miss the opportunity to join.
