My name is Rachel and I am a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the field of fitness. I started my weekly bootcamp classes as a way to get motivated with other likeminded individuals working on themselves and improving our health together. The bootcamp will consist of full body exercises in a circuit format. I provide all the equipment which includes: battle ropes, sandbags, kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX bands, Bosu balls and more! Men and women are welcome regardless of your training level or experience. I offer progressions and modifications for everyone. All you need is a yoga mat and water.
