What we’re about
This is a place to meet new people; make new friends; go for lovely, scenic, safe local walks with like minded women, while also getting in a 3-5km walk with a nice coffee afterwards! All fitness levels catered for.
About me: I am a mental health therapist, mindset coach, weight management specialist and personal trainer. I'm setting up these groups to help people come out and meet new friends and get some light exercise during the week.
