Saturday afternoon Chocolate Workshop

Hi Chiccies,
I hope you can join me for January's event for some chocolate making !
Our chef Helene, was born and raised in Belgium, a country famed for its delicious chocolate. She is a qualified chocolatier having studied the art of chocolate making in Brussels and has had the fortune of being trained by some of Belgian's best chocolatiers. Now migrated and settled on the Northern Beaches, this is her own chocolate business and shop aimed at providing the best Belgian chocolate experience.

We will ​discover the art of chocolate making in a private workshop at Choc & Moi in Dee Why. During this interactive experience, we will learn about the different types of chocolate and create delicious truffles to take home. Don't worry if you're new to chocolate making, these workshops are designed to be fun and hands-on, making it an enjoyable experience for everyone. You'll be guided through the process by Helene, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a batch of delicious chocolate to share and enjoy.
The cost is $95 for a 2 hour lesson and we must have a minimum of 6 people.
