Intermediate Ride, Freewheel & Super Plus, Wainui MTB Park. Wed 4th Dec 6pm

Intermediate Ride - Grade 3

Riding up Jungle Gym and along the ECNZ road to Freewheel, then across the bridge and down Superplus, back up the cycle path.

Down Snail Trail to the carpark when we are finished.

You’ll need a good level of fitness or ebike as there is a lot of climbing.

You will need:

• A well-maintained mountain bike with MTB tyres
• Helmet.
• Bike gloves.
• Warm clothing
• Spare tube, tube repair kit, pump and basic bike tools.
• First aid kit.
• Water & snacks.
