Sunday Morning Bliss at Flyte Co Brewing's Historic Hangar

Feel the peaceful energy of the space as you flow through an all-levels vinyasa class, perfect for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. Christina from Kapwa Sound Bath will take you on a blissful journey of surrender using the alchemy of crystal sound bowls, Koshi chimes, other healing instruments along with channeled light language language in the picturesque Barrel Room of Great Divide in Denver.
Many of us carry dissonant energy within our bodies/cell. The crystal sound bowls emit resonant vibration so that when it collides with our bodies together they create constructive interference. Realigning you to harmony within and creating space and moments to surrender and receive. It's a gift of healing for conscious (and subconscious) elevation.
