Dec 2024 Intro to Archery Somerset WI

We have been invited by Don and Mary of Oakdale Wellness to an indoor private club for an introductory archery session. Equipment and instruction will be provided, no experience necessary.

After the session we will have a potluck lunch. Our hosts will be providing Sloppy Joes and pulled turkey sandwiches. Utensils and plates will be provided by the club and cash donations will be appreciated to cover the replacement costs. If you will be staying for lunch, please enter an event comment on what you will bring- salads, sides, chips, dessert are some suggestions. Please bring your own beverage.

Note: The club will be available after lunch for those who would like to have some additional practice.

The center is approximately 20 minute drive from Oakdale along Highway 36. For those who would like to car pool, we will plan on meeting at the Oakdale Discovery Center (4444 Hadley Ave N Oakdale) at 9:30 am before consolidating cars.

Please wear comfortable indoor shoes, and clothing.

The event may be cancelled if weather or road conditions are dangerous. Any cancellation will be sent through Meetup.
