This is a non-competitive run and suitable for any pace!

1. ⚠️ Assumption of Risk: Running involves risks such as slips, falls and adverse weather. Participation is at your own risk.

3. 💪 Fitness: You confirm you are in suitable physical condition to participate and have no medical conditions that could endanger yourself or others.
4. ⛑️ No First Aiders: This event does not have a designated first aid personnel. You are responsible for managing your own medical needs and emergencies.

8. 🐾 Dogs: For safety reasons and to ensure the comfort of all attendees including those with phobias, dogs are not allowed at the event.
