📷 Travel photography competition: We want to see your best photos from your travels! Every month, we'll have a little competition based on a travel-related theme, and the winner will get a special discount on their next WeRoad trip. See details below!

How to enter the photography competition:
This month, we’re focusing on People & Portraits: the faces and moments that bring travel to life. A great portrait captures more than just a person—it tells a story. Show us a portrait with a twist. Maybe it’s the weathered face of a local storyteller, the joyful expression of a child playing in the street, or a fleeting moment of connection between strangers. Whether posed or candid, your photo should highlight the personality, culture, and emotions of the people you meet on your journeys.

To enter, send your entry to [email protected]. Include your name, where you took the photo and any backstory you want us to know. We'll pick a shortlist of our favourites and then ask you all to vote for the winner on the night. Remember, the winning photo is often the one with the best story behind it...!

Who is this for? This is an event for anyone who wants to make new friends while exploring London. It's equally suited to those who are new to the city, want to expand their social circles or just bored one evening and want to get out!

Feeling nervous about joining alone? Don’t be! Over half of our guests are first-timers, and most people come solo. You’ll find yourself in welcoming company, making new friends before you know it!

What is WeRoad and what do we do? In short, we are a group travel company that organises adventure trips across the globe. Our groups have a maximum of 15 similarly-aged people together from the same country so not only do we organise once-in-a-lifetime experiences but you also have new friends for when you return home!

Why did we even organise this free WeMeet event? We want to build the biggest community of travellers in the world! We want to share with you what we do and encourage you to escape from everyday life, discover distant places and make new friends along the way!
