West Babylon -Sunsets, Full moons, New moons, and Solstices

Come watch the magic of the moon rising over the Great South Bay!
We will enjoy some simple exercises/yoga poses and do a full moon ritual to release what doesn't serve us.

-Moonrise is 4:15 pm and sunset is 4:40 pm.
-Bring a beach chair, extra blanket for warmth, water, a friend, a snack to share and your goodwill!
-Latecomers/early leavers welcome
-Free but there will be an envelope for small donations which are very much appreciated:-)
-Optional join us at the diner afterwards for dinner
-No parking fee

Enjoy a relaxing afternoon at a private residence in W. Babylon with a light lunch, singing bowl healing offered by Karin Marcello, meditation, crystals and essential oils.

Light chili lunch is from 12:30 - 1:15 pm followed by the activities.
Eat and mingle with our small group of like minded folks. We will follow with a meditation and then lay down or sit to enjoy the healing benefits of the singing bowls. Each person is gifted with a charged crystal.
