Leading Ladies, Team Building Class

Ladies-Only Dance Class - Pre-registration Required

Whether you're a group of friends seeking a fun activity or a team of colleagues aiming to strengthen workplace relationships, this experience offers a fantastic opportunity to get to know each other better.

No dance experience needed!

Class Highlights:

Timing: Learn how to count music and move to the beat.
Patterns: Discover how to move gracefully around the dance floor.
Connection: Understand how to lead and follow someone on the floor.
Technique: Learn how to move your feet, legs, hips, body, head, and arms to the music.

Class Schedule:

Thursdays: 6-7 PM or 7-8 PM.
