Looks like we can make another November Saturday ride happen. It’s been a minute since we’ve done the Cal Sag Trail. There are great snack stops, and lots of great places nearby for aprés ride refreshment.

This 24 mile route is mostly asphalt trail. We’ll take a short detour on local streets for a pastry or tamale stop at [Doughs Guys Bakery in Palos Heights](https://maps.app.goo.gl/5rA6VtJUae5C7eHQ9?g_st=ic)

Speed determined by group, average will be a beginner/intermediate speed of 11-14 mph. Faster riders can go off the front, shorter distance riders welcomed but plan to ride at your own pace/distance.
 Bring cash for treats and a bike lock is recommended.

Option for a post-ride drink/lunch somewhere nearby, possibly dowtown Lemont? And The Irish Legend and Imperial Oak are always popular.
