At a sound bath participants are immersed in sounds creating different vibrations tones and frequencies, leading them to a place of rest and a sense of calm. Highly beneficial for stress/tension relief and anxiety and time for you ❤️

Please remember to bring the following:

Something to lie down on such as a yoga mat or a duvet - there will be some available for you to use but you may prefer to bring your own.
A blanket - for cosiness and warmth
A drink
Eye mask - optional

This Evenings Experience...❤️

'Take a pause from the busyness of life with a meditative soundbath! Starting with calming, colourful visuals to relax your mind, before a gentle lull into darkness to be truly immersed by sound. 🎶

Led by local facilitator, Tracy Willmot, who will use a variety of instruments and vibrations to promote relaxation and mindfulness, including singing, bowls, chimes and drums 🥁

Tracy has a wealth of experience and knowledge of Sound bath healing as well as yoga and pilates.

About Market Hall...

Some of you may have already experienced this fabulous space within one of Plymouth's historic buildings built in 1852 that was originally a thriving marketplace until it was sadly bombed in WW2.

The Market Hall was saved and in July 2021 opened to the public it's immersive dome, meeting spaces, studio tech facilities, cafe and of course it's immersive dome, the only one in Europe spanning 15 metres in diameter, 210 degrees over the top, with a flat flooring.
The only other like it in the world can be found at SAT in Montreal, Canada.

There are numerous events held within the Dome.
The impressive 360 degree immersive environment transports the audience to witness things such as the Northern Lights, Space, Antarctica, under the sea and lots of other fascinating places etc in our wonderful universe.
Other events, for example, science films, yoya, pilates and meditation to name a few.
