The first meet & greet in the park. Introduce ourselves, have dinner, and discuss the weeks ahead.

Meetup Vision:
Have you ever asked yourself...
Do we need to eat meat?
Do we need to intermittently fast to lose weight?
What about the keto diet?
Why run long distances when I can do interval training?
How about cold exposure?
What if the whole world did yoga every morning?
Is art therapeutic?
How do you keep your gut healthy?

Have you found the answer?
Do you feel an urge to share what you know?
Are you eager to learn from someone else?

If so, this meetup may be perfect for you.

Every week, we will go through the following:

1: You guide us through a wellness experience!
We will have our workout gear on and spending money on hand.
We'll be ready for one journey you have planned for us.
Examples:
Take us on a workout in the park (interval training)
Or
Host us at a nearby restaurant and help us order (vegan, keto, etc).
Or
Guide us through a meditation.
Or
Something else (direct-message me with your idea)

2: Teach us the evidence!
No need to have a doctorate, or even a high school diploma.
Just share and discuss your answer to this question:
How did you become convinced?
All you need to remember is this: Your story is the best evidence you have.

Each meetup, I wish for you to leave with the following:

to help people find their own path
to contribute something small to scientific knowledge
to learn something new every month
to have fun along the way
to make tempeh taste good
