### **One of Santa’s helpers called and texted me from Austria—from the hills near where they filmed “The Sound of Music.” He suggested, no, let’s be honest, he insisted that the WOW Group have a holiday party. I couldn’t say no to Santa’s helper, could I?**

### **So, I started the ball (or is it Ball) rolling. I made reservations at the Dive Bar in Savage Mill for Friday, December 6, 2024, from 6 to 10 PM. This is the same restaurant where we had last year’s fabulous party.**

### **We’ll have a similar menu to what we had last year—a buffet style dinner with veggie, chicken and fish main courses; sides; and salad. Soft drinks will be included and there will be a cash bar. The cost is $50 per person.**

### **Although it’s a Holiday Party, Santa promised to be there. He was not impressed with the gift exchange we had last year, so he will come up with a better alternative. Obviously, more information will be provided.**

### **Registration is simple. Get me or Richard $50 in cash or check ASAP. We will have to give the Dive Bar a final head count by November 30. We have 2 Monthly MeetUps at Sonomas and 10 Friday happy hours between now and then—easy peazy opportunities to give me the money. Richard is working on alternate payment methods to make it easier for you to pay. Again, more information will be provided.**

### **Santa’s helper knows that my plate is already full, but he promised that people would step up to help do whatever is needed. Richard and Diane have already volunteered to take over holiday decorations at the Dive Bar. Sid will be coming incognito as a large man in a red outfit. We’ll ask for more help as the need arises.**
