Shamanic Journey at the St. Pete Yoga Fest

##### Join us for the premier St Pete Yoga Festival in the historic Sunken Gardens! Let’s spread our Love of Yoga to the whole city! Travel to the Amphitheater from 11:30am - 12:15pm for a Shamanic Lower World Journey. I will begin by offering a delightful Yoga Nidra Meditation. During this Yogic Sleep as our hearts open, I will guide you to the Lower World. In the Lower World we have the opportunity to travel deep into our consciousness to meet our Spirit Guides and our Sacred Power Animals. These beings will offer guidance to support you in your journey, while this session offers enlightenment on your path, as you walk guided in every direction. Walk the wheel of wild wellness with me.

##### The St Pete Yoga Festival is held throughout Sunken Gardens. While they are still open to the public, those not participating in the many yoga offerings, speakers corner, group sound healings and concerts can purchase a regular admission ticket to the Garden for $15. Wristbands will be given out to those participating in the yoga offerings including the Kirtan. Tickets for all day admission to the Sunken Gardens AND unlimited yoga are $45 and $40 for Sunken Gardens Members and $15 for children 2-12 ($10 for children that are Members). VIP tickets are available for $75 and include a special indoor sound healing workshop and bag lunch from our food vendor.
