Gauging interest in a group focusing on learning and playing various traditional card games from across the globe.
Some of my favorites that I have discovered include Konigrufen, Mighty, and Fight the Landlord. Rules to these and many other card games can be found on the excellent website Pagat.com.
Since this is a new group, anyone joining should feel free to post any games they play in the discussions tab.
Starting off, I would like to organize a once a month meetup once the group reaches a sufficient number of members.
