What we’re about

The Wim Hof method is based on three distinct pillars: breathing exercises, cold exposure, and meditation. This group is for anyone who wants to learn more about the method and join others in practicing the method. We meet routinely and have some of the most kind and loving members you'll ever meet. There is no cost, but bringing a towel, yoga mat, swim suit, and dry clothes to change into is recommended.
