What we’re about
Hi, we are a friendly Chess club in Wimbledon. Players of many standards come to play our Social Chess. There are Chess sets at our venues.
Social Chess:
Monday Evening 7:30pm to 10pm
The Sultan Pub, 78 Norman Road, Wimbledon, SW19 1BT
Saturday Afternoon 3pm to 5pm
Location varies: Mostly... The Pavilion, South Park Gardens, Wimbledon, SW19 1BT 8PN
ECF Rated Chess League Matches:
We also offer ECF Rated Chess League Matches in the London League, Thames Valley League and Surrey League. We don't create events on Meetup for our League matches yet. Come to one of our social events or get in contact with us if you want to play League matches.
Online Chess:
We are also on Lichess: the online chess website. We don't create events here on Meetup for Lichess yet.
