Ice Ribbon Reservations are $5 + tax if you have your own skates, $21 + tax with skate rental. Lockers are available, small lockers are $3, large lockers are $5. Parking is available at Millennium Lakeside Garage: https://www.millenniumgarages.com/featured-attractions/maggie-daley-park/
