Upon arrival, guests are greeted by our hosts with a glass of cava to help them settle in. You'll be introduced to the concept behind our philosophy and the ingredients we use. Next, you'll pair up at cooking stations, each fully equipped with pre-prepared (measured and chopped) ingredients for making your paella. Guided by our staff, the paella workshop lasts 45 minutes to an hour. While your paellas finish cooking, you'll enjoy other delicious courses prepared by our chef, followed by savoring your own paella creations.
