Each month [we](https://www.facebook.com/groups/wineandyogawellnessbookclub) choose a well-reviewed self help book to read and discuss. Our book selections are about wellness and mindset and our meetings are incredibly powerful and uplifting. The conversations are so authentic and empowering.

We look forward to welcoming you into our club! We usually meet on the fourth Thursday of each month and you are welcome to come whether you read the book or not - this is about learning and supporting each other.
