As part of the Wine & Yoga Club's Signature Sip & Bend options, this class invites you to immerse yourself in the joy of movement while savoring each sip. Flow through invigorating poses, using your wine glass to enhance balance and mindfulness. Sip as you bend and cheers as you twist.

Feel the playful connection between each twist and taste, making your practice both rejuvenating and delightful.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, "Yoga Uncorked" offers a unique and enjoyable way to unwind, connect, and celebrate the art of yoga with a glass in hand.

Following the class you will have time to socialize with your new friends to laugh over missed poses and connect over this unique experience. Snacks will be provided and a cash bar available.

Arrival time is 7:00 pm. Once everyone is settled onto their mats, the wine will be served and the class will begin. Yes, your wine is one of your props for this fun class! One glass of wine (non-alcoholic available) is included with your ticket.

*\*Participants must be of legal drinking age and must arrive sober. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone arriving intoxicated.*
