Thursdays you will find a lovely group of ladies gathering at the Saskatoon Farm for a **90 minute Gentle Flow and Restore** led by Shawna Z.

Classes begin with gentle movement; build into a standing flow series then into relaxing restorative poses and a *beautifully* guided Savasana. All in a quaint studio in a private location at the farm.

This class is suitable for **all levels. Beginners are welcome.**
Shawna's style is very educational; you will learn how to get into the pose, rather than just the shape. The focus is on connecting your mind with your body and your breath.

Bring your yoga mat and props if you have them. If you need props we can help: email wineandyogaclub@gmail.com. We recommend a mat, a bolster, 2 blocks and a strap. Packages are available.

The Fall session begins September 19 and goes until December 12.

\*This one is **NOT** one of our Signature Wine & Yoga Club Sip & Bend classes - just yoga, no wine.
(The Saskatoon Farm is a lovely place to visit and has a beautiful restaurant that is perfect for enjoying a glass after class if you like.)
