Tina Turner Tribute Concert @Abacoa & Dinner at Hokkaido Restaurant

Let’s meet up again for another fabulous live music concert at the wonderful Abacoa amphitheater in Jupiter, Florida.

I’ve noticed a lot of folks go early in the morning, 9 AM and onwards to set out their chairs. I will go early in the morning and put out my one chair and towel and post a picture of the location. We usually put out chairs just to the “house left” of the Green iron benches / walkway and the concrete square where the music electronics are managed. You could try to get there around 4:30-5 PM to set up your chair, and then head to dinner at Hokkaido across from the Amphitheatre seating area.

I will reserve a long table at 5:30 for up to 8 of us. Please add a comment if you are not coming to dinner. I love their sashimi platter appetizer, and it’s always plenty. Lots of people love their Chinese food as well. Hokkaido consistently serves a generous, perfectly cooked meal.

As always, be mindful of your RSVP as it is embarrassing for the event host when people don’t show up.
Note:. We can’t hike seats for anyone but I lo try to olace my chair near the metal bench at the center walkway. I’m seeing people often show up to set up their seats at 9:30 in the morning. So if you’re able to do that, you can throw a blanket down by your chair. I have found it is safe to leave my cooler or beach bag there while I go to dinner.

Bring a chair to sit on as well as whatever beverage and snack to enjoy. I always bring a sweater to cover up in case it’s chilly when the sun goes down. As always be mindfulnof your RSVP No Shows are blocked from reserving soits at future events
