For both natives and newcomers of all ages: We are an active, fun-loving group. The WNC Social Club is about making new friends, having lots of fun, and enjoying Western North Carolina and the surrounding area, maybe even Upstate SC!
Whether you are ready for activity, adventure, exploration, music, games, or endless other possibilities--WNC offers so much to do! Our events, and planned future ones, include:
>Hiking, Breweries/Wineries, Live Music
>Attending sports events, concerts, movies, theater, and comedy shows
>Day trips to local venues (stay tuned for updates!)
Club Rules:
1. No dues required, but some events may include the option to make a donations to keep the group going.
2. Have a recognizable picture of yourself on your profile.
3. If you RSVP to an event, please show up. If you have to cancel, please change your RSVP so others from the wait-list can attend. Just common courtesy here!
4. Show respect for all other members, as well as staff and other patrons at events.
This is not a singles group and is meant to be a social group open and welcome to everyone as a mechanism to help build community. We encourage all members to bring their talents and interests to the group as well as suggestions for future events or reach out if you would like to organize events on behalf of the group!
