Enrich your learning and healing experience with a unique perspective for creating health and happiness to discover a depth of strength and peace within.
* INNER WISDOM with DR. PATTI: Healing through our connection with self and the Power we posses as woman from the inside out.
* WELLNESS & YOU with PEG DOYLE: Discover both the essence & emotion for our connection with each other with food. This will allow us to align our intentions for sustenance.
* AUTHENTICITY with SARA NESS: Explore, through games and activities, the joy of feminine connection, our authenticity, and our acceptance of ourselves as we relate to one another.
THIS ONE DAY WILL FACILITATE HEALING
This day will allow us the time to unplug from day-to-day life and focus on ourselves, with the intention that as we do this, we are better vehicles of service to Humanity. Research is showing that when we also focus on others, we experience more profound healing & transformation, but when we only focus on ourselves we perpetuate anxiety and stress. So we begin the day with self and finish with service with others.
The medicine you will receive this weekend is Sacred. We have set an intention to attract high vibrational women who are here to be their most aligned versions of themselves AND who care deeply about serving the world. Our intent is to support the powerful & emphatic modern woman with deep self discovery and practical tools to keep themselves intact from the distractions of other's agendas. WHY I DID THIS
