Welcome to “Women” Building Friendships After 50!
This group is all about Women connecting over celebrations, social outings, food, laughter, and good conversation. Whether you're looking to meet new friends, or just have a fun night out, we welcome you to join us. We believe that it's never too late to make new connections and create lasting friendships. So come join us for happy hour, game nights, walks, bunco, movies, house parties and heartfelt conversations as we navigate this exciting chapter of our lives together. Let's have some fun, make memories and build friendships that last a lifetime!
**Housekeeping:
- A recurring annual fee will be required of our group members. If you were not aware, Organizers of Meetup Groups pay a recurring fee to run the group. Your contribution will allow our group to continue to offer a place for women to gather with friends and feel welcome.
- You must have a clear and up close picture of yourself as your profile picture.
- I'm excited to mention that we will regularly host happy hour events (2 or more times per month) weekdays after work. Happy Hour is simply grabbing a bite to eat with friends all while taking advantage of the venue's discounted prices. This is a great way to unwind, connect and have social activities outside of our usual routine. The primary location of our events include the Brentwood and South Nashville area. Events in other areas may occur, but not as often. Please consider the location before expressing an interest in our group.
- As part of our commitment to maintaining a positive and productive environment, we want to remind everyone of the key reasons that may lead to the loss of your membership in our group. 1. Rude or Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. 2. Being inactive and not attending an event for 6+ consecutive months. We are interested in ladies that are truly looking to build friendships. 3. Two (2) NO-SHOWS to an event that you signed up for but did not attend. 4. Chronic pattern of changing your RSVP to "not going" within less than 24 hours of the event. If something comes up, please explain your reason. We all have surprises pop up. It boils down to respect!
