Airat is a software engineer with about 4 years of experience building modern web products with intuitive user experiences. An AWS Community Builder, she is passionate about leveraging cloud technologies and automation tools to improve developer processes, and shares her insights on the AWS Community blog. She is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion, actively engaging in tech communities like the Women Coding Community, where she serves as a Lead.

Shabana is a passionate tech enthusiast and coder, currently working as a System and Application Support Advisor at Network Rail. After dedicating 19 years to raising her four children, she made the decision to start her career in technology, driven by her love for coding. As part of her journey, Shabana became actively involved in the Women Coding Community, where she initially joined the newsletter editorial team and now transitioned as a co-leader.

Marj is a software developer with a strong focus on frontend development. After relocating from the Philippines to London, she has taken on the role of Web Developer at Major Digital. Passionate about fostering community, Marj actively contributes to the Women Coding Community, empowering others in the tech industry.
Joana Brito | LinkedIn
Joana is a junior software engineer based in London, known for her positivity, resilience, and passion for learning. In 2023, she transitioned from fashion to tech.
She actively contributes to open-source projects with the Women Coding Community and recently completed a personal project to learn a new programming language. Joana also holds a MOOC Sprint certificate from Code First Girls and is part of the Cajigo 100 Women in Tech Accelerator.
With a unique background in design, Joana brings a fresh perspective to engineering and is eager to blend her creative and technical skills.
