Women in Tech, Nottingham (WiT Notts) aims to encourage more women into STEM and act as a gateway to other meetups and events. Anyone can attend, regardless of their gender .
WiT Notts provides a comfortable and safe space where people in the field of technology can socialise, network and learn. Members can come to see talks, partake in workshops and activities and meet other people in our wonderful field. We encourage our members to present at our events, providing them with as much support as they need to do so.

### Lena Krasnova - Gen AI Lab Specialist, Compare the Market
Lena entered the tech world five years ago through the Makers Academy bootcamp and has since progressed through multiple teams at Compare the Market. She now works as a Gen AI Lab Specialist, focusing on bringing AI solutions into the business. Originally from Ukraine, Lena holds a degree in Social Psychology and a Master’s in Business. Before tech, she worked in NGOs and as a conference interpreter. In her spare time, Lena is an avid reader and leads a Women in Tech Book Club, supporting diversity and growth in the tech community.
