Lily is passionate about ensuring patient safety, and has spent her career creating Quality Management Systems for software medical device manufacturers. She enjoys optimising systems and processes, whilst ensuring they comply with standards and regulations. She works at Genomics Ltd, which utilises genetic data to identify an individual’s absolute risk of disease to help people make smarter decisions for longer, healthier lives.
Lily is the current chair of Genomics Ltd’s diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) employee resource group, the All In Club, where she leads DEI awareness and improvements efforts. Lily is passionate about helping improve the world, a little bit at a time.

Currently Product Director at FYLD, an AI company transforming the utilities and construction industries with natural language processing, computer vision and predictive capabilities, she is focussed on delivering high-impact and intuitive applications for a mission critical workforce maintaining and transforming infrastructure around the world.
With a strong background in applied mathematics and computer science from Oxford University, Jo has a deep understanding of complex scientific processes.
