Dangerous Creatures Book Club (Romance & Chick-lit)

This year we'll be incorporating book baskets into our white elephant exchange! You'll still wrap your book but you'll also write a max 3 word "vibe" of description on the paper then place your book in a basket with a least three items that match the book.
For example book is Night Circus
Vibe description: magic, fall, circus
items included in the basket could be red scarf, caramel apple and popcorn.
Also to encourage mindful selections there will be a big prize for the most stolen book basket. It's still totally fine to bring a gently used book just be sure to pick something you think someone will love.

Two weeks before Christmas and all through Manhattan, shop windows are decorated in red and green satin. Stella is standing alone outside a famous department store, when a charming man asks her opinion on the décor.

But as a down-on-her-luck girl with a difficult past, Stella knows how to make a good opportunity last. So she gives it her all, working without stopping. Trying to resist temptation, because she’s just window shopping
