✨A few sheets of blank paper
✨Colored markers or pens - for creativity exercises
✨Water, tea or coffee if you wish
✨Snacks (optional)
✨Comfortable Clothes

Art Materials:
✨(may include any of the following)
Crayons, markers, pens, pencils, paints, paintbrushes, canvases, plain paper, art paper, blank paper, blank cards, cardboard, magazines, collage materials, glue, stickers, clay, yarn, etc

What You Will Create:

✨Follow the creative prompt idea given or work on your own project.

✨Allow your intuition to guide you! Doodle, draw, sketch, paint, collage- whatever you are called towards! Be amazed where your soul guides you and what it becomes!

Your art may represent your inner child getting to play, your self care journey, growth, change, transformation, personal empowerment, sense of self, or spiritual connection.

✨No artistic training, skill or talent is needed, just show up, play and have fun! ✨Let loose the wonders inside you!✨ Everyone is an artist!

✨You may choose to bring any creative arts/crafts project you are currently work on.

You are not expected to complete a final piece of work.

✨✨✨You MUST be willing to have your camera turned on and be visible for this event, to create openness and for all of us to connect and build community. Cameras may be off during meditation time.✨✨✨

✨Please show up 5-10 mins early to avoid interruptions. Doors close at 12:05pm. Introduction begins shortly after. Thank you for your consideration!✨💓

Please Note: I am using a free Zoom account. It will time out after 30-40 mins. You will have to click back on the link to rejoin. This is very easy to do and will allow for us to take short 2-3 minute breaks.
