Our group is dedicated to bringing together like-minded individuals who are passionate about all aspects of wellness, including physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, self-care, and more. The main activities we're focusing on are golf, yoga & mindfullness. Whether you're looking to try new activities, learn about mindfulness practices, or simply connect with other women who share your interests, this is the perfect meetup for you.
