Welcome to the Women Wellness Club! It's great that you are here.

Our group is dedicated to bringing together like-minded women from the region who are passionate about all aspects of wellness, including physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, self-care, and more. The main topics we focus on are yoga, mindfulness, healthy living, slow living, and... GOLF! Yes, you read that correctly.
As a golf and yoga coach, I truly believe that golf can be a fantastic physical activity for women of all ages. It fosters new friendships, supports our physical and mental well-being, challenges us to continually improve and learn new skills, and allows us to spend time in nature.

If you're looking to connect with other women who share your interests, and you either like golf already or you would like to try it for the first time, this is the perfect meetup for you. Join us for our regular events, retreats, and other activities focused on empowering and supporting each other on our wellness journeys through yoga, golf, and mindfulness.
