Every year we adopt two families through Family Services, the oldest human service nonprofit in San Antonio, and we provide our two adopted families with gifts so the parents and children can enjoy the holidays.

This is just one of the many ways our group gives back to our community and we know that by helping these families in need, everything we donate goes directly to them -- no overhead.

We will have a gift-wrapping party on December 17 followed by a Christmas carol sing-a-long. We will wrap and label all of the gifts according to the agency's guidelines and then we will party.

We work and then we play. It's all fun. You don't want to miss it.

* We are committed to at least one new and unused gift for each family member
* You can purchase whatever you want — we are not required to purchase only the items on the wish lists
* We are not required to purchase everything on the wish lists
* Gift cards are acceptable
* Cash is not acceptable
* Non-perishable food items are acceptable
* Alcoholic beverages as gifts are not acceptable
* Please label your gift(s) so we know who they go to
* Used items are acceptable but must be in good condition, not wrapped, and labeled as used
* Everything will be sorted and wrapped at the wrapping party on Dec. 17, so **please have your gifts to me or Ronda no later than 1:00 pm on December 17 if you can't make the party.**

* Once everything is sorted and wrapped, we will drop the gifts off at the agency, on December 18
