**Keep your community going**: Meetup is our organizing tool for event announcements, updating participants about event details, and sharing feedback and photos. The cost has been about $200 per year for several years. This fall Meetup.com raised the service fee from $99 to $179 every six months.

**Please consider pitching in to help us cover this cost**. A donation of $10 or more will be a big help. Thanks in advance for supporting our group! If you’ve already donated to our community this year, thank you so much!

**Rewards for larger donations**: While supplies last, for donations of $15 or more, several biking-themed items are offered as a thank you and memento. Choices include decals for your water bottle, kitchen towels, a pack of 5 note cards, or a Rudolph holiday ornament made from recycled bike chains. You can see a photo of what's available above. These have been donated to us or obtained at minimal cost. We can deliver your gift at one of our upcoming events or make other arrangements to keep costs down.

**Save the date** – January 3. Looking ahead to the holiday season, the WC2 leadership team is planning a New Years Party and Gear Swap on Friday January 3. It’ll be a fun evening to hang out, connect with new friends and chat about ideas for events in 2025. Watch for an announcement later this fall with more details.
