Fall Equinox Empowerment Hike

This is going to be such a fun Equinox event!

Join us for this social, empowerment workshop. If you are looking to meet new people, work on confidence, and connect to nature then this event is for you!

Event Activities:

• Hike up Yellowfork Canyon Trailhead (it is an easy, beginner friendly nature hike). It will be about a 30-45 minute walk to our resting spot.

• Guided Empowerment journaling with prompts.

We may also practice a short, gentle, standing yoga flow or meditation (depending on the collective energy of the group)

Please bring:

• Yoga mat or Towel
• Journal
• Water
• Your authentic self
• Personal investment of $22 (please pay at event, cash or venmo)
