What we’re about

This is a book club and discussion group - you don't need to read or finish the book to attend! The opportunity to connect with other women who are committed to living their life on their terms is the primary purpose of the group!
We will discuss books and related topics that address food, eating and body image, in a way that is positive, empowering and educational. We will meet at online via zoom to discuss a different book/topic each month. This group is for women who are tired of trying all the latest diets, only to feel worse about themselves in the long-term than when they started.
Are you ready to have freedom from dieting and learn about an alternative approach that shifts the guilt and shame about food and body into curiosity and self-compassion?
Are you ready to relax and feel free with food, weight and body image?
Participants will have a chance to share their perspective on the book/topic of the month, as well as have opportunities for group coaching, as time allows (this group is facilitated by a certified life & weight loss coach).
