Cardiff Womens Transformation & Support Group

Hi !

We are based in Cardiff and we meet one Friday evening each month .

We like to have a brief telephone conversation to make sure its something you are looking for. So when you contact me I will give you my number to call or you can give me your number and I will call you.

Coming together is a tremendous support and encouragement in every way as we can gain confidence and connect more deeply with our internal source and we can act with more clarity and make amazing decisions for ourselves. So my belief is we can do this when we meet in these circles.

We come together and we create together a beautiful harmonious atmosphere in which to do various forms of meditations: whether it be shamanic journeying, guided meditation, affirmations, manifesting and attracting, . The main thing is that we give a space and a bit of time to be together in this way and we can open a space for ourselves.

At the end we have a cuppa together and we still stay in the vibe of sharing and this has proved to be such a wonderful support network as well as a meditation group.

Never underestimate meeting other women in a circle: transformation is subtly taking place in your life as we strengthen our inner core.

Look back, reflect and you will see that changes have been happening during the course of these meetings.

Our Sacred Womens Circle meets to create a space to Be, a space to breathe, a space to do meditation, shamanic journeying, movement, affirmations, guided visualisations etc.
